1. What does Vinals Bioscience do?
We’re a botanical bioscience company based in Malaysia, offering four core services: OEM manufacturing, ODM formulation, in-house R&D, and wholesale raw material supply. We support brands from raw ingredient sourcing through to finished, packaged products.
2. What's the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you bring us your own formula and we manufacture it. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means you choose from our existing catalogue of ready-made formulations and customize it to your brand. If you already have a formula, choose OEM; if you don’t, ODM is usually faster.
3. Where is Vinals Bioscience located?
Our facility is located at 16, Jalan Industri USJ 1/11, Taman Perindustrian USJ 1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
4. Do you work with brands outside Malaysia?
Yes. We source raw materials globally and manufacture for clients both within Malaysia and internationally. Contact us to discuss shipping and export requirements for your region.

5. What do I need to provide to start an OEM project?
Your formulation (or technical brief), target packaging specifications, and any branding or labeling requirements. We’ll review your formula, confirm stability and compatibility, and provide a production timeline and quote.
6. Is my formula kept confidential?
Yes. We treat every client formulation, brief, and production detail as confidential, and can sign an NDA before any formula is shared with us.
7. Can you manufacture a formula I already have from another manufacturer?
In most cases, yes. Share your formulation details with our team and we’ll confirm feasibility, ingredient sourcing, and any adjustments needed for production in our facility.
