OEM Contract Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility operates under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with dedicated production lines for different product categories. We maintain full batch traceability, real-time quality monitoring, and rigorous in-process controls to ensure every unit meets specification.
Packaging Solutions
From airless pumps and glass droppers to tubes, jars, and sachets — our filling lines handle a wide range of primary packaging formats. We also offer secondary packaging design consultation and can manage procurement of packaging materials on your behalf.
Regulatory Labelling
Our regulatory team ensures all product labels comply with Malaysian NPRA requirements as well as international standards (EU, US FDA, GCC). We prepare all necessary documentation including product notification and registration, including safety assessments and ingredient dossiers.
Quality Control & Testing
Comprehensive in-house testing includes microbiological analysis, heavy metal screening, stability testing, accelerated and real-time challenge studies, and sensory evaluation panels. Third-party certified lab testing is also coordinated for products requiring external validation.

01. Consultation & Brief
Initial meeting to understand your product concept, target market, and goals. We align on packaging formats, and timelines to provide a comprehensive quote within 5 business days.
02. Formulation Development
Our chemists develop 2–3 prototype formulations. You review samples for performance and we iterate based on your feedback until the formula is exactly right.
03. Stability & Safety Testing
Approved formulas undergo accelerated stability testing and microbiological testing, plus documentation is prepared to ensure product integrity and meet regulatory compliance.
04. Pilot & Production
A pilot batch is produced for final approval. Upon sign-off, we scale to full production with strict quality control at every stage.
05. Delivery & Support
Finished goods are packaged, labeled, and delivered to your specified location. Our team remains available for reorders, reformulations, and ongoing regulatory support.
